Before booking your session, please review the following policies:

  1. Availability
    Please review the available appointment times before booking. If you need an alternate date or specific time, contact us at inquires@suplexpro.com.

2. Retainer
A nonrefundable retainer is required to secure your appointment:

  • Standard photography sessions: $100

  • Studio photography sessions: $150

3. Appointment Details
Please include all shoot-related details in the “Appointment Notes” section during booking. This may include your concept, wardrobe, preferred location, number of participants, and any special requests. Providing this information helps us properly prepare for your session.

4. Rush Services
Suplex is committed to delivering high-quality work. Rush delivery is subject to availability and requires an additional fee starting at $50. Rush requests must be discussed and approved in advance.

5. Editing Turnaround
The standard turnaround time for digital photography sessions is 7–10 business days after final payment and image selections have been received.

  • Graduation photography may require 7–14 business days, depending on the season and number of graduates booked.

6. Creative Editing
Session prices do not include advanced creative editing, including graphics, alter egos or clones, 3D/CGI elements, digital set designs, composites, or other special effects. These services are available for an additional fee and must be requested before the session.

7. Film and 3D Photo Processing
Please allow approximately 1–2 weeks for film development, scanning, and processing or 3D photo production after final payment. Processing times may vary depending on the lab or complexity of the final product.

8. Service Areas and Travel
Suplex currently serves South Florida, including Broward County, Miami-Dade County, and Palm Beach County. Travel fees may apply depending on the session location.
